ERC at CCW Las Vegas!

With Customer Contact Week being one of ERC’s first in-person events since 2019, it was great to be back in Las Vegas and see familiar faces, as well as meeting many new ones! CCW was a 3-day event filled with amazing content around where Customer Experience is heading. With Covid-19, we’ve seen many changes in the way our customers want to interact with companies. This conference allowed industry experts, such as ERC’s very own, Stephanie Todd, the opportunity to share the changes we’ve made to make our customers’ experiences as seamless as possible.
