Not only did we attend Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas on early December, we had a busy week along with our partners Observe.AI and Airkit, by co-hosting and AXEcellent event in Vegas! We had an incredible time with the axe throwing sessions, games, and trick shots. We brought together the perfect mix of fun and CX experiences at CCW Vegas, which had over 800 attendees. This was the largest in-person conference we have attended since COVID. Our Chief Strategy Officer, Stephanie Todd, spoke alongside Airkit’s Co-Founder and CEO in an engaging Q&A about Lowering Costs with Digital Automation. Big brands like Spirit Airlines, Zinus, Ancestry.com, and AnyCart engaged in the conversation along with the audience.
