Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma - Student of Administration or Industrial Psychology
    1 year of experience as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
  • Previous experience in call centers
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Empathy.
  • Ease of expression and communication.
  • Ability to listen.
  • Stress management.
  • Results Oriented.
  • Organization.
  • Proactivity/proactiveness.

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Receive people in a friendly and professional manner. Provide them with necessary information, ask key/probing questions for better results and the best resolution.
  • Be sure to answer all phone calls and provide necessary information.
  • Follow up and keep candidates informed about the recruitment process, waiting time and request corresponding documents.
  • Keep recruiters informed, at what stage of the recruitment process is each candidate. This will make the process more effective.
  • Ensure that the candidate does not wait longer/more than the scheduled time to be interviewed.
  • Verify that applicants complete tests satisfactorily.
  • Keep an updated report of people who apply and send it daily to the corresponding Recruiters.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department.
  • Perform other tasks related and complementary to the position.
