Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Experience as a trainer to understand the requirements and expectations of the team
  • Experience in reporting
  • Experience in collaborating with leaders and team members
  • Training Experience
  • Associate degree preferred but may be substituted with call center training experience.

The Training Supervisro will ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly. Your duties will include communicating with participants and assisting with development of effective programs. Training coordinator should possess a strong attention to detail as well as an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Decent problem-solving and project management skills are also required. The role will be responsible for supporting the training team from an administrative perspective including producing a variety of daily reports, work to fill identified training gaps and be the liaison between the trainers and training leadership.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists٫ schedules٫ attendance sheets)
  • Primary point of contact for trainers
  • Schedule classrooms and ensure trainers have what is needed for set up
  • Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on
  • Prepare reports on training activities and results
  • Suggest improvements or new programs
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
