Minimum Qualifications:

  • C1+ English Level
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous management experience is preferred but nor required for this position
  • Collections experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-Development orientation
  • Knowledge of MS package

The Team Supervisor will help lead agents in their day to day collections while still maintaining the compliance portion of the business on top. TS will coach and develop the agents to perform with accuracy, speed and the highest level of negotiations, collections and customer satistaction. The Supervisor will utilize processes to maximize work flow and to minimize causes of low colletions or legal risks. This position will be responsible for taking customer calls, data entry and processing various reports along with enforcing ERC policies and procedures. The Supervisor promotes a positive working environment for the agents.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Review daily collection reports for opportunity (DAS, daily need, NSF, FNA DCC etc.) and address any areas of opportunities or concerns.
  • Enforce KPI expectations as well as provide training and documentation to support.
  • Responsible for EOM/mid-month meetings with collection staff to discuss expectations which may include disciplinary measures such as reprimands or placing an employee on probation.
  • Responsible for evaluations of employees yearly and monthly.
  • The TS is responsible for training and developing their staff by completing but not limited to the following: side by side review, desk audits, and calibration sessions, completing the mandated monitoring requirement ½ prior to mid-month and the remaining ½ the 2nd portion of the month, 2TO's and escalations
  • Responsible for boarding new collectors on their assigned project.
