Experience in call center debt collection for retail Credit cards. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, innovative mindset, strong emphasis on Execution and solution based mindset and leadership. The Team supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 12 or more agents and will provide effective guidance. TS will be responsible for supervising and motivating team members on a daliy basis. WIll monitor agents and inspire team to perform at their optimum level. TS should create a cohesive team that work together.
