ERC is looking for a high-energy Product Manager to work with the Recovery and Customer Care LOBs on our Product Management team. The role will be focused on growing utilization of the ERC AI Ecosystem to drive business outcomes that align with the ERC strategy and business objectives.
You will guide a team that works on increasing the utilization of the AI ecosystem from existing products to developing new products for the company. You will analyze build, buy, and partner opportunities to enhance and expand the product portfolio, and help develop new ideas based on your industry experience and ongoing contact with our clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a product vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with market and internal business stakeholders to understand their challenges and design innovative solutions.
Effective communication with all areas of the company, including the executive team, is essential. You will work with software development counterparts to define product release requirements, with marketing communications to develop product content, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, case studies, and target customer/user. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with sales and clients.
