Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in business, finance, mathematics, computer science or related field.
  • Possesses at least 2+ years of experience conducting data analysis.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel for data analyst and presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and loves to work with data.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple analytical projects.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing performance metrics and tracking results to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Must demonstrate effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
  • Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiable, leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.

This position supports the Senior Operations Management team for daily data analytics and operational strategy solutions. It is also responsible for the development and administration of various reports, dashboards, and creative solutions. The analyst will also work closely with different department leaders to enhance everyday business process. Business acumen, technical capacity, and critical thinking are imperative for this role.  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, documents, analyzes, and draws conclusions from complex call center data based on independent research and analyst.
  • Develops models, methodologies, financial modeling, trend analysis, etc., to manage business needs and identify data anomalies for review, mitigation, and action, if required.
  • Presents analysis, metrics, data sources, and makes recommendations to department management and operations.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of information, assumptions sources of data, statistical/graphical representations, work process documentation and understanding of business value to support alternative recommendations.
  • Integrate work across relevant areas, developing strategies to enhance satisfaction and productivity, managing information, and proving exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
