Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years related work experience 
  • Capability to type 40 words per minute
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to write and correspond in a professional, articulate and concise manner
  • Prior management experience

The Operational Support Supervisor title can handle all incoming and outgoing consumer and client correspondence for ERC, which includes but is not limited to research, categorization, scanning and processing the document based on client requirements. If needed based on volume, the Operational Support Team Lead may also assist in completing a review and closure of all possible SIFs from Operations as well as any manual letter requests. The Operational Support Team Lead assists in helping other employees with their queue work and any questions from the employee under the direction of the Operational Support Manager. The Operational Support Team Lead attends meetings in place of the Operational Support Manager as needed. The team lead also conducts daily and random audits on Operational Support employees to ensure accuracy and SLAs are consistently being met. The team lead manages the Operational Support employees to ensure they are on task and performing their required job responsibilities by completing one on one coaching sessions.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Evaluates content of correspondence.
  • Determine course of action to take based upon correspondence content and associated process flows.
  • Researches account notes and notates accordingly.
  • Responsible for managing a specific set of clients.
  • Sends media requests and other correspondence to Clients as needed.
  • Helps other employees under the direction of the Operational Support Manager.
  • May attend meetings to document requirements or provide information. 
  • Responds to emails in a timely manner.
  • SIF closures based on client. 
  • 601 Letter Queue / NY Letters. 
  • Job tasks will be given based on departmental needs and skill level of employee. 
  • Provides support to Operational Support Manager.
  • Performs daily and random audits on employees to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist on troubleshooting Kofax, prior to getting IT involved.  
  • Required to assist in keeping all operating procedures up to date.
  • Performance evaluated based upon speed, accuracy and knowledge.
  • Develops different ways to complete tasks in a more efficient way – including automation.
