  • Capability to type 40 words per minute
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to write and correspond in a professional, articulate and concise manner
  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Internal - No verbal or written warnings or attendance issues

Qualifications (Why this position)

We Don’t Believe In Limits


In your role as Quality Assurance Analyst (Operational Support Specialist), you will be responsible for call monitoring, evaluation, audits and calibration scoring when the QA Department needs your assistance. This is an analytical position in which the attention to details is very important. Your recommendations will be an important factor in improving our productivity. This is an important position that will allow you to hone your leadership and analytic skills.


We’re preferably asking for a minimum of a year’s quality assurance experience in a call center environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary. Of course, as a member of management, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Truth be told, if you’re doing it right, then you should be having fun.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


• Evaluates content of correspondence sent via mail or email
• Determines course of action to take based upon correspondence content and client requirements
• Researches account notes and notates accounts accordingly
• Responds to emails in a timely manner
• Performance evaluated based upon speed and accuracy
• Job tasks will be given based on departmental needs and skill level of employee
