Minimum qualifications:


• B2 English Proficiency
• Internal Candidate – 6 months within the company
• Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Experience with training industry standards
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
• Basic knowledge of E-learning design software – Preferred
• Experience with Content Development process - Preferred

• Ability to develop and manage plans for both simple and complex projects


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • This role is responsible for administration of the learning management system, including overall system set up and daily management to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of content to learners.
    Provide support to all users (learners, trainers, and supervisors) for troubleshooting and training on system capabilities, navigation and functionality
  • Act as the primary liaison with IT to develop and manage systems to implement and maintain training technology
  • Generate reporting to provide visibility to adoption, completion status and effectiveness of training solutions delivered via the LMS; analyze data and recommend direction and/or solutions
  • Maintain and update existing content
  • Convert older training materials on SharePoint into newer, more user-friendly modules on the LMS – keeping in mind elements of Adult Learning best practices
  • Manage and maintain other company specific data reporting (e.g., Kenyon, Attendance Reports, Training Calendar updates, etc.).
