Minimum Qualifications:


  • Comprehensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of the Software Development
  • Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting data analysis in IT or similar experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated user knowledge of Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SQL, or other applications
  • Experience managing implementations relating to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, data science/big data, and RPA should be demonstrated
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate results delivery, team building, and collaboration•
  • Minimum B.S. in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology (required)
  • PMI BA, PMI PMP, or Prince2 certification preferred
  • ScrumMaster, DASM PMI, CMP, or similar certification preferred

Lead Business Systems Analyst profile: 


  • Ability to drive others to success through professional mechanisms that instill a desire in others to succeed
  • Exceptional client & internal facing written and verbal English (C1) communication skills and capable of communicating at the level of your audience up to Executive Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail, critical thinking, and abstract analysis skills to see complex issues before they arise and resolve them
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to consideration other perspectives when an issue or crisis arises
  • Unquestioned ability to manage multiple projects, conflicting deliverables, and drive a way forward to success
  • A desire to always self-improve, improve the team, process, and organization
  • Must hold a high level of maturity & professionalism, be self-motivated, self-driven, and unafraid of constructive criticis.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Support BA efforts as a requirements and mapping sourcing Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Maintain BA capacity planning through the ticketing system, assign ticket to BAs, set the level of effort (LOE), set up sprint planning (Prioritization)
  • Assist in enforcement of business deadlines, schedules, and methodologies
  • Gather business and technical requirements with internal and external resources to creating end to end functional requirement documents, process flows, system flows, and data flows
  • Be well versed in the SDLC with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process designing concepts, data modeling, and knowledge of technical environments
  • Review and analyze the effective and efficiency of the existing process and implement enhancements
  • Meticulously maintain comprehensive business requirement, mapping documentation, meeting notes, and deliverables
  • Define and drive project requirements gathering, meetings, updates, and communication with client & internal sponsors, stakeholders, and functional areas to refine and execute technology strategy
