Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent (preferred
  • A+ certification (preferred)
  • Requires 6 months - 3 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of the basics on desktop, laptop, phone, mobile device hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 and network printers.
  • Strong customer service abilities, analytical, interpersonal skills required. 
  • Must be service oriented and ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Under the direction of the Desktop Support Manger, will provide support to End Users. The position sends and receives assets to End Users, participates in computer imaging for workstations and laptops, provides both onsite and remote assistance to users.  Responsibilities including but not limited to: Support of general hardware and software, printers, projectors, documentation, cameras, scanners, and related IT equipment. Conducts all activities with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people, styles, and views.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of equipment inventory
  • Ensure that equipment is constantly up to standards
  • Perform testing on all returned equipment
  • Track defective equipment testing and fixes
  • Prepare & package all items to ship set deadlines
  • Keep shipping supplies in good inventory & order any necessary supplies
  • Receive and document incoming equipment deliveries
  • Coordinate shipment and return of equipment to/from the field
  • Ensure timely replacement and recovery of defective equipment
  • Maintain daily tracker of equipment deployed
  • Coordinates activities with the different IT teams resolving Desktop related help desk tickets.
  • Responsible to keep the computers inventory updated all the time.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Responsible for timely implementation of technology projects.
