Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ months in the company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written in English and Spanish; strength in collaborating within team and cross-functionally up to and including the executive leadership level.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.
  • Ability to multi-tasks while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to develop training and methodology programs that are unique to ERC’s goals, values and mission statement.  
  • Ability to problem solve, strong decision-making and self-development skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Knowledgeable about existing and emerging training methods/tools.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills. 
  • High energy.
  • Ability to develop employees through positive motivation and training.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and listen attentively to the needs of employees.
  • Comfortable with delivering corrective action.

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Detail-oriented, excellent proofreading and editing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independently. Working under low or no supervision successfully. Excellent presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills in providing performance feedback. Ability to travel to the USA is preferred but not required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Will be responsible of providing new hire training for ERC Clients.
  • Will be responsible of providing refresher training to the agents on the floor, based on Ops needs.
  • Will be responsible of providing floor support during the nesting period.
  • This position will be a hybrid role. While not in class the trainer will be on the floor taking calls as an agent. The based salary will remain the same.
  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge/staying apprised of changes to the training curriculum.
  • Responsible for sending daily progress reports to the management team in order to track new hire performance.
  • Will be taking between 4 to 8 hours of calls monthly in order to keep their knowledge of the program they are training.
  • The trainer position will be as an ERC Trainer, regardless the client.
  • The trainer might be required to get certified for up to 3 different clients during their employment.
  • We need open schedule availability as the training classes vary on schedule depending on client’s needs.
