Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
  • Experience in event coordinating a plus
  • Attention to Detail


Hours:  Monday - Friday , with + OT (nights or Weekends) as needed for events

Pay:  $11.50 - $13.50/ hour + OT

In this role, a person suited for the position must have a passion for driving change and be able to create impactful employee engagement initiatives for employees throughout all levels of the organization. Support the execution of a robust engagement strategy and employee initiatives across multiple delivery channels and mediums. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to try your hand at anything, adapt and be comfortable with change, while exuding creativity and enjoying collaboration. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicate and reinforce the company’s culture to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Participate in developing a comprehensive communications strategy for all initiatives
  • Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs
  • Identify process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work
  • Develop plans and strategies to increase participation and engage our whole employee community
  • Lead employee surveys, collect responses, assist with in-depth data analysis and publish reports as appropriate
  • Coordinate details of events such as conferences, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, business meetings, employee appreciation events, and holidays
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Create company literature and other forms of communication
  • Create electronic promotional materials
  • Write, edit, proof, and revise communications
  • Work with manager and department heads to determine event budget and ensure budget is maintained
  • Create leadership materials
  • Create and deliver executive bios and company news
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics
