The Dialer Support Analyst will work within the Performance Management Team under the direction of the Dialer and Inventory Management Supervisor to ensure optimal dialer function. They will be responsible to monitor dialer functioning, make necessary adjustments, respond to issues and requests from Operations, and accelerate problems to LiveVox support when necessary.
