Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma required
  • With ERC 90 days+
  • Good working knowledge of ERC
  • Preferred minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative or collection industry experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written; Strength in collaborating within team and cross-functionally up to and including the executive leadership level.
  • A good self-manager, self-motivator, and does well with time management
  • Works well collaborating with others
  • Able to clearly communicate
  • Comfortable receiving positive and negative feedback
  • Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.
  • Ability to multi-tasks while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Client Services liaisons are responsible for maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our clients while consistently protecting the best interests of ERC, its clients and employees. It is expected that all ERC employees represent the highest level of professionalism, understanding that they will always act legally, morally and ethically. The Client Services liaisons are instrumental in ERC’s day-to-day productivity as they are the face and gatekeepers between ERC and its clients. Additionally, it is vital to understand that every Enhanced Resource Centers’ employee plays a pivotal role in protecting the security of ERC’s information and learns their information security responsibilities as defined in ERC’s Information Security Policy.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients, while distributing necessary communication to and from all stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Research and reconcile client requests and issues that are communicated directly to you, the department distribution list, or the department ticketing queue.
  • Process and validate assigned deliverables, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, within client-specified or internal timeframes and guidelines.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures while communicating process failures and potential improvements to your team lead or manager. Update version history where required to ensure accurate process documentation, per ERC guidelines.
  • Attend all assigned client conference calls/meetings and document the minutes.
  • Coordinate with all departments or stakeholders to troubleshoot/resolve any issues or process changes affecting the assigned clients, to ensure ERC is meeting or exceeding all client expectations.
  • Perform account research and analysis on assigned clients as necessary, while utilizing the department ticketing queue, or in response to email correspondence.
  • Generate, validate, and maintain reporting for assigned clients and internal use, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and meeting all necessary timeframes and guidelines.
  • It is expected that all ERC employees represent the highest level of professionalism, understanding that he or she will always be expected to act legally, morally and ethically.
  • Maintain satisfactory attendance and meet all general employee requirements from the handbook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
