Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • CIA, CISA, CFSA, CCSA, CRISC, CRMA or other industry standard audit certifications a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contract Management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written in English and Spanish
  • Strength in collaborating within team and cross-functionally up to and including the executive leadership level.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.
  • Ability to read and interpret regulations, laws, contracts, statements of work, and business requirements.
  • Ability to multi-tasks while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint.

The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for Client Contract Management to ensure ERC complies with internal controls, client requirements and government regulations.  This includes but not limited to reviewing contracts prior to execution, reviewing new client handbooks and requirements, meeting with business owners to confirm compliance and maintaining all client requirements in IPAC’s platforms.    


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Review client’s Master Service Agreement/SOW/Addendums or other documents prior to execution to ensure ERC will comply and adhere to client requirements, while staying compliant with regulatory and company requirements. 
  • Work with other departments as needed to confirm compliance and document in IPAC’s.
  • Management of clients’ executed documents and handbooks to ensure all documents are up to date.
  • Review new handbooks and requirements received by clients to ensure ERC will comply and adhere to client requirements, while staying compliant with regulatory and company standards. 
  • Confirm compliance with applicable business owners and ensure all applicable policies are implemented/updated, processes are working correctly, and controls and audits are in place. 
  • Implement and maintain up to date client specific requirements database.
  • Assist other departments and auditors with client requirements as needed.
  • Assist with building client specific audits for auditors.
  • Subject Matter Expert for client contracts and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
