ANNOUNCES INNOVATIVE WAY TO RECRUIT TALENT.

ERC announces a new recruiting initiative. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, becomes the first BPO in the Dominican Republic to use WhatsApp as a recruiting tool.

ERC’s business WhatsApp account will allow candidates to apply via the app, be guided to take a quick online assessment, sign up for an open house event, or even communicate with a member from the recruitment team. This innovative approach allows this two-way communication to happen anywhere, anytime, at the candidate’s convenience  

More than two billion people in over 180 countries use WhatsApp to stay in touch with friends and family. This free service allows ERC a simple, secure, reliable approach to communication with prospective job candidates in the Dominican Republic.

ERC social media campaigns related to how to apply via WhatsApp will be pushed out to market job seekers, along with other initiatives to promote brand awareness, showcase company culture and educate on all ERC benefits.
