Project Manager III

100% inbound, responsible for answering questions to employees/employers related to Time and Attendance, the configuration of their elements such as time calculation, pay codes, schedules, timecards, using the pay policy information from the client’s database.
The Trainer maximizes call center agent’s effectiveness by ensuring agents have thorough knowledge of the processes and laws associated with the division they are instructing; products, services, program specific skills and more providing positive customer experience to ERC’s client and customer base.
Quality Analyst I
The Quality Analyst I is responsible for assisting ERC in ensuring quality and compliance with all internal policies and procedures as well as all client specific policies, procedures, statements of work, and contracts; by conducting call monitoring, account reviews, system reviews, and other miscellaneous audits.
